In one word, an awful hotel. In details, the hotel have dark, old design, and old fashion rooms and furnitures and atmosphere, with many stairs to get into the restaurant for the breakfast. Although in the hotel services was written the room has minibar, my room didn't have. I complained to the reception for that, he said they don't have an empty room to change my room with a room with minibar, it was in the middle of the summer, imagine how hard is to spend the time without minibar. I gave them some of my stuff to put it in their refrigerator, but they kept it in room temperature and all my stuffs were spoiled!!!! The other day I had angrily a serious argument with the reception and finally they provide a minibar from nowhere!!!!! In breakfast time, there was no toaster for broad and the breakfast had with very limited items to eat. Another suprising point was that the safety box was not attached to the wall/closet and any one could easily move it from your room! I am totally disappointed for my reservation and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, unless you wanna be close to the Istiqlal st. for shopping purposes& irresponsible staffs don't bother you.

Its not a hotel its lower than a hostel the view was awful full of noise air conditioner was not worked tea and kettle was not free just for first night was free the breakfast was the worst breakfast that i ever had There was a door that was locked apparently in each room that you did not feel comfortable The receptionist could not speak english fluently They did not have even a room for suitcases and all the suitcases were at the lobby in the corner

Why I need to wait half an hour more till 14.30 to check-in? Absolutely unappropriate for 4 star hotel. Rooms are dirty, service is absolutely poor. I dont know how did they get 4 stars? 1 star maximum for this hotel.

Very gloomy atmosphere in the hotel No proper lighting in hotel Breakfast is very poor. Very limited options Electricity went and could not be restored for over 2-3 hours. Rooms congested Lifts very small Went with family in November 2022 Only advantage near main market

- reservation canceled 1 night and moved to another hotel - small rooms - we booked double bed and received two separated bed - shower about 35 cm - doors broken - bed smell in the room - breakfast so bad, hot water merged with tea, with self service - no water in rooms - ac not working - lift for 1.5 person
